DeepSData is a data intelligence company based in Shenzhen, China. Its mission — turning scattered data into usable value — shapes how it serves enterprises, government bodies, research institutions and researchers. We help clients past the three hurdles that stall most data work: finding the data, judging it, and preparing it.

The work spans three core services along the data lifecycle. Discovery: data availability assessment and search — real searches across official, institutional and well-documented sources, delivering a report of candidate sources, item-by-item verdicts and gap notes, so clients see whether the data exists and how hard it is to obtain before investing. Preparation: cleaning, structuring and standardizing public or duly authorized data into verifiable, reusable data assets. Application: building custom knowledge-base Q&A, spreadsheet processing and workflow automation around each client's materials and processes, so the data actually enters the business.

Alongside client work, the company publishes data-finding guides and dataset reference material — spanning economics and finance, health and medicine, geospatial data and machine learning — free for researchers to read.
