New accounts get 3 free credits. Deep search uses more terminology variants and retrieval paths, covers more sources and verifies more strictly, so the report is more thorough — but a hit is still not guaranteed. In either tier, a search is billed even when no exact hit is found: the candidate list and the documented search process are the deliverable. Credits are only returned if a system fault prevents the report from being generated. Reports you generate are free to revisit anytime. Custom dataset services are scoped and quoted separately.

Refunds · Unused balance (self-service)
· Credits are a prepaid virtual benefit. Credits gifted at sign-up or in promotions, credits redeemed from activation codes, and membership days are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
· Online top-ups that have not been spent can be self-refunded at any time — returned the way you paid (WeChat / Alipay), based on the actual amount paid and the unspent share of each order.
· Spent credits (an availability assessment report was generated) are generally not refundable; if a system fault prevented the report, the deducted credits are returned in full.
· If anything goes wrong, you can also email us or reach us on WeCom.
