Basic Search is free. A Complete Search Report costs RMB 10 per run / 1 credit and is charged after a readable report is generated. A completed no-match report is not refundable; no credit is charged when a system issue prevents a readable report. Claiming, refreshing, reopening or viewing a purchased report does not charge again. Human Deep Verification and Custom Dataset work are quoted separately.

Refunds · Unused balance (self-service)
· Credits are a prepaid virtual benefit. Credits gifted at sign-up or in promotions, credits redeemed from activation codes, and membership days are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
· Online top-ups that have not been spent can be self-refunded at any time — returned the way you paid (WeChat / Alipay), based on the actual amount paid and the unspent share of each order.
· Credits used for completed search results are generally not refundable; if a system fault prevented results from being generated, the deducted credits are returned in full.
· If anything goes wrong, you can also email us or reach us on WeCom.
