生效日期：2026-06-20 ｜ 本页仅适用于「小聚网页数据助手」Chrome 浏览器扩展；与「小聚净盘」等其它产品相互独立，各产品有各自独立的隐私政策，本页不涵盖它们。
一句话：本地整理不上传；只有你主动使用 AI 功能（和小聚对话、读懂这页、按意思帮你挑）时，才会把你当前这一页的内容发给官网后端处理。不收集浏览历史、不后台运行、不卖给第三方。
1. 我们会收集 / 上传什么，什么时候
- 仅在你使用 AI 功能时，扩展会把它刚从当前这一页本地读到的内容发给官网后端，包括：正文节选、表格的表头与少量样例行、或你采集到的条目（标题 / 价格 / 销量 / 链接 / 图片地址 / 店铺）。
- 本地功能不上传：识别并整理表格 / 列表 / 字段、导出 Excel·CSV·Word、查找下载入口，全部在你电脑本地完成，不发送任何内容。
- 每次要上传前，界面都会当面告知，并且首次使用 AI 会先请你明确同意。
2. 我们不会做的事
- 不收集你的浏览历史、书签、Cookie、密码或任何与当前任务无关的数据。
- 不在后台运行、不自动翻页、不自动抓取——只处理你眼前已打开、已加载的这一页。
- 对受保护的站点（如 ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini、DeepSeek 等）绝不注入、不读取、不上传。
- 不出售你的数据，不把数据转移或共享给与本功能无关的第三方，不用于广告或与功能无关的画像。
- 采集评论时，默认对其他用户的用户名脱敏（只保留"用户_序号"标识），不保存、不导出、不上传原始用户名。
3. 数据发往哪里、怎么传
- 上传目的地：官网后端
www.deepsdata.com（数聚天成 DeepSData 自有服务）。
- 上传内容范围：当前页正文节选 / 表头与少量样例 / 你采集到的条目 / 你选择的内容 / 你输入的指令 / 必要账号标识 / 必要技术日志。本地整理与导出默认不上传。
- 可能调用第三方模型 / 云服务处理你的 AI 请求；相关第三方类型、共享范围与是否境外，以官网正式《隐私政策》为准。
- 传输方式：全程 HTTPS 加密。
- 用途：仅用于即时生成你请求的那次回答 / 整理结果（限定用途 Limited Use）；不用于广告、转售、数据经纪或与本功能无关的用途。
- 账号级签署记录（你登录后）：只留账号标识、协议版本号、确认时间、确认状态及必要安全日志（最小必要），不保存你的网页正文 / 导出内容 / 浏览历史。
- 数据留存与删除：本地整理与导出的文件默认不上传、不留存；AI 辅助理解仅在你主动触发时上传必要网页片段；AI 请求相关日志原则上保留 30 天，用于安全排查、异常处理与服务质量改进；账号、订单、支付、服务履约相关记录按法律法规与履约需要保留。你可通过

- 限定用途（Limited Use）声明：本扩展对所收集信息的使用，遵守 Chrome 应用商店《用户数据政策》，包括其中的限定用途（Limited Use）要求——只用于面向你的功能本身，不用于广告、转售、数据经纪或与本功能无关的用途。
4. 本地存储
- 你的设置（是否开启 AI、后端地址、屏蔽名单、采集模板、累积集、同意状态）只存在你这台电脑的浏览器本地（
chrome.storage.local）。
- 不创建账号、不需要登录即可使用本地功能。
5. 你的控制权
- 随时在扩展的 ⚙ 设置 里关闭 AI（关掉后是纯本地模式，绝不上传）。
- 随时撤回同意 / 撤回协议确认（设置里关掉对应开关），下次用 AI 或采集会再次征求你同意。
- 你依法享有对自身个人信息的查询、复制、更正、删除等权利，并可撤回已作出的同意；撤回不影响撤回前已进行的处理。行使方式：通过下方联系方式提出，我们将按适用法律在合理期限内处理。
6. 关于网页上的第三方内容（重要）
当你采集评论时，页面上可能含有其他用户的用户名、评价、买家秀等他人信息。本扩展默认对用户名脱敏（只保留"用户_序号"，不存原始用户名）；当你让 AI 解读时，发出的内容也会先过脱敏处理。请仅在合法、获授权或自用的前提下处理这类信息，并遵守你所访问网站的用户协议与适用的个人信息保护法规。本扩展是辅助你整理"你自己正在浏览的页面"的工具，不替你判断某次采集是否获得授权。

Xiaoju Web Data Helper (Chrome Extension) · Privacy
Effective: 2026-06-20 ｜ This page applies only to the "Xiaoju Web Data Helper" Chrome extension; it is separate from other products such as "Xiaoju Cleaner", each of which has its own privacy policy and is not covered here.
In one line: local organizing never uploads; only when you actively use an AI feature (chat with Xiaoju, "read this page", or "pick by meaning") does the extension send the content of your current page to our backend. We do not collect browsing history, do not run in the background, and do not sell your data.
1. What we collect / upload, and when
- Only when you use an AI feature, the extension sends content it just read locally from the current page — an article excerpt, table headers and a few sample rows, or the items you collected (title / price / sales / link / image URL / shop).
- Local features never upload: detecting and organizing tables / lists / fields, exporting to Excel·CSV·Word, and finding download links all run locally on your computer.
- You are told on screen before any upload, and you are asked for explicit consent the first time you use AI.
2. What we never do
- We do not collect your browsing history, bookmarks, cookies, passwords, or anything unrelated to the current task.
- We do not run in the background, auto-paginate, or auto-scrape — we only process the single page you have open and loaded.
- On protected sites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) we never inject, read, or upload anything.
- We do not sell your data, transfer/share it with third parties unrelated to this feature, or use it for ads or unrelated profiling.
- When collecting reviews, other users' usernames are masked by default (kept only as "User_N"); original usernames are never stored, exported, or uploaded.
3. Where data goes & how it travels
- Destination: our backend
www.deepsdata.com (operated by DeepSData).
- Transport: HTTPS, encrypted end to end.
- Use: only to produce the specific answer/result you requested (Limited Use); not repurposed.
- Data retention & deletion: locally organized/exported files are never uploaded or retained; AI assistance uploads only necessary page snippets and only when you trigger it; AI-request logs are kept for up to 30 days for security, troubleshooting, and service-quality purposes; account, order, payment, and service-fulfillment records are kept as required by law and for fulfillment. You may request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal via

- Limited Use: the use of information collected by this extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements — used only for user-facing features, never for ads, resale, data brokering, or unrelated purposes.
4. Local storage
- Your settings are stored only in your browser locally (
chrome.storage.local). No account or login is required for local features.
5. Your controls
- Turn AI off anytime in ⚙ Settings (pure local mode never uploads).
- Withdraw consent anytime; AI will ask again next time.
6. Third-party content on web pages (important)
When you collect reviews, a page may contain other people's usernames, ratings, and photos. This extension masks usernames by default (kept only as "User_N", originals not stored); when you ask AI to interpret, the content sent is also redacted first. Only process such information lawfully, with authorization or for personal use, and comply with the terms of the websites you visit and applicable personal-information laws. This extension helps you organize "the page you are already viewing"; it does not decide on your behalf whether a given collection is authorized.
